"We stayed at Colson House as we were attending a gig at Patterns. It was really close to the venue which was great. We had a couple of days to explore Brighton and it was lovely staying at Colson House. Everything was walkable from the hotel, we walked to the lanes, the pier and the train station easily. "Friendly staff but disappointed overall. There was a large window with new curtains and carpet. There was a new toilet, sink and radiator in the bathroom. But it was small and the shower itself let the place down. They have overlooked some of the basics including decent beds without headboard and gap at the end to lose your pillows.Filling the kettle at the sink was near impossible as it didn’t fit under the tap."

We have 2 small dogs, staying for 5 nights which would be an extra £200 on the bill! We queried it, and they reduced it to £15 per dog per night. But that is still an extra £150.
