"There was a slight mix up at the beginning of our trip - (The owners had not received confirmation of our booking until we arrived so they were not aware of any visitors enroute to them until we phoned when we were 5 minutes away!) However, the owners were extremely apologetic and very friendly and welcoming, they even gave us a bottle of prosecco for any inconvenience. "The apartments are lovely, and have everything you need; washing machine, microwave, toaster, oven etc. The only thing that would stop me coming again, is the exorbitant price charged for dogs. £20 per dog PER NIGHT! We have 2 small dogs, staying for 5 nights which would be an extra £200 on the bill! We queried it, and they reduced it to £15 per dog per night. But that is still an extra £150. Other places we have stayed in, charge between £20-£50 per stay. So, as lovely and convenient as it is,...

Exceptional hotel, cosy, friendly and very clean!

"The Charm Boutique is so well situated and room 5 has a lovely sea view from the window seat. Central to the beach and town and a parking token for £15 can be purchased for parking anywhere in zone C. Room was cosy and incredibly clean smelling fresh with very comfortable bed. Breakfast was scrumptious with all choices and staff very attentive and couldn’t do enough. Big shout out to the exceptional warm greeting from Christine on Front of House who had exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, warm and professional welcome. She was amazing! Highly recommend this hotel. "
