"We had a sensational stay in Queenstown! What a fabulous city. As we have two children an apartment was ideal for us as they are fussy eaters! The apartment is super spacious and has stunning views over the lake as well as being a short walk to town around 2-5 minutes. Now to the hotel, beautiful Lana on the front desk was so lovely and kind. The apartments are old and a lot of things need upgrading and replacing such as the mattresses that are sagging. However she did try to move us but...

"The apartment condition is clean and very good. Everything you needed can be found in the apartment. The assigned parking slot is just next to the apartment that is great. The location of the apartment is another reason why we select Abba. A walkable distance (with zero slope) to the town centre takes around 10-15 minutes. "Great location, within walking distance to everything yet away from the noisy parts of town. The balcony was a good size, and the kitchen, while small, was adequately equipped. The toilet and bathroom were very clean. However, the bedroom felt dark and dingy. We understand it’s not a serviced property, but for a five-night stay, it would have been nice to receive a couple more rolls of toilet paper and additional bin liners"

"Our 2 bedroom apartment was large, clean and well equipped. Unfortunately our room only had views of the adjoining property. There is plenty of shopping, restaurants and bars within a 15 minute walk. Just remember it is uphill to get back to the apartment (or a $10 Uber)."
