"There was one person responsible for check-in and cleaning rooms. When I went in the bathroom was disgusting and looked like wasnt cleaned prior to our stay. The guy at the front desk had to run in and try to clean it between other guests coming in. The owner just sat on the chair and watched everything while casually chatting on the phone... no motivation to help. A cockroach was in the bathroom of another friends room..."

"Facilities are tired and slightly less clean than I would have liked. But you get what you pay for. There were holes in curtains, shower had hair, a random sock on the floor and schmutz on the phone. My house on its worst day isn’t much cleaner so we didn’t make a fuss. Just glad for a place to sleep after a long day. "

"Remote and central. My kids enjoyed the pool area. Breakfast seating is exceptional. However you have to arrive early. I arrived early and noticed by the time I was finished with my breakfast the lobby was full. With mainly what looked like snowboarders. So maybe an odd weekend or maybe that’s what this hotels for and if so it shows. Staff was accommodating and friendly. Upset about the wifi not working but front desk made it right with their customer service. Overall great job! "
