"There was one person responsible for check-in and cleaning rooms. When I went in the bathroom was disgusting and looked like wasnt cleaned prior to our stay. The guy at the front desk had to run in and try to clean it between other guests coming in. The owner just sat on the chair and watched everything while casually chatting on the phone... no motivation to help. A cockroach was in the bathroom of another friends room..."

"Room was really clean. Bed was comfortable. Friendly front desk clerk. The smell of the hallways was undesirable. Room smell was okay. Back side entrance could be a little cleaner. "
