"There was a damp smell upon arrival. When we looked around we could see there had been a leak from the bathroom staining the ceilings and carpets. The bathroom door did not lock and there property was generally in a poor state of repair. Marks on every wall and paint peeling from the window sills. "This is a great apartment - it has a great location within 5 minutes walk of the centre of Keswick super handy access to Booths Supermarket and great views to the North looking at Skidaw and its approaches. Inside it is comfortable and has everything that you need for your stay - all kitchen and laundry is as expected and bed linen plus bath and hand towels were provided for each guest. Will absolutely stay again."

"Lovely comfortable cottage with a fabulous view from the lounge balcony with afternoon and evening sun. No personal touch or welcome gift. Front yard full of weeds and plants blocking light into two snug windows. Would have been nice to use that space for a seat outside in the morning sunshine as the kitchen is perfectly placed through the front door. Locals lovely. Lots of pubs and shops. Great places to explore in the area."
