"Loved the hotel. The spa facilities were great, especially the early morning access to sauna and steam room as well as the pool. Breakfast was lovely. Staff were all really friendly and helpful. A comfortable and enjoyable stay. Loved the area as well. Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby with easy links into central London. "

Another lady was putting stock away behind the desk and she was so polite and welcoming and thanked us for choosing to stay with them which was lovely!
