"Most everything is great about this hotel with the exception of the elevator service. I love the quiet location, reasonable price, and easy access to many subway lines. The Italian restaurant at street level is quite good. Ask for a room on lower levels if you're willing to take the stairs. Elevator waits can seem endless."
