"Our recent stay at the Westin Anaheim Resort during our Disneyland trip was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, the hotel staff made us feel warmly welcomed and completely taken care of. Every detail—from the modern, spacious rooms to the top-tier amenities—was designed with comfort and convenience in mind, making it the ideal home base for a family vacation. The location couldn't have been more perfect. Being just a short walk to Disneyland and California Adventure meant we could easily pop back to the hotel for a midday break, which was a lifesaver with little ones in tow. The hotel’s Disney-facing rooms even offered stunning views of the nightly fireworks—truly magical! The rooms themselves were immaculate and beautifully appointed, with incredibly comfortable beds, ample space for families, and thoughtful touches like soundproofing and blackout curtains (perfect after a long day in the parks!). The pool area was a great place for the kids to unwind, and the fitness center was impressive, too. We also appreciated the on-site dining options—delicious food with great variety, and the service was always top-notch. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, from helping with park tips to making our kids feel extra special. If you're planning a Disneyland vacation and want luxury, comfort, and convenience all in one, the Westin Anaheim Resort is truly unbeatable. We’re already looking forward to our next stay!"

"While our stay was excellent we didn’t appreciate the 12 hour water shut down. Nor the port-a-potty solution to use the bathroom. We should have been notified sooner not the night before. We came back late in the evening and didn’t really have any alternatives. Early check out was offer but because we reserved through Expedia this was not an option. Nothing was really done to make this right or address the inconvenience. "
