"Mr. Hong is wonderful to work with and everything went smoothly. This is a detached house in a quiet residential neighborhood, which is what my wife and I wanted to experience in Japan.It's spacious with a nice-sized living room and a full-sized kitchen/dining area. "Close to train lines, great accommodation for our adult family group of 6. Situated on 3 levels via a steep staircase. Asami communicated well and was very helpful and responsive. We appreciated the beautiful complimentary green tea, and the apartment was absolutely spotlessly clean. "

"Overall, our stay was disappointing. Apartment was clean with close access to trains but host never bothered to tell us the place was located right in the middle of Korea Town which is not what we would want for a once in a lifetime stay in Toyko! Check in was terrifying after 20 hours of travel as the host neglected to inform us the key lock code was changed. "As soon as we arrived, the reception staff were welcoming and helpful. Accommodation is close to the main area, perfectly located for shopping and access to the station. Ideal for travelling and and seeing Tokyo. Rooms are bigger than. Rooms were bigger for the standard we have experienced in Japan. Would highly recommend and definitely stay again."

"Staff were great and spoke English. Room was fairly small and had a bit of sewage order in the bathroom, which the hotel seem to know about since there was air freshener and they turned the fans on when they cleaned. Breakfast buffet looked ok but not exceptional, we did not purchase. Room was quiet with good heating controls. One side of the bed did not have an outlet or any charging ports, which was a bit annoying. "
