"The resort was beautiful. The service was good. It took a while to get drinks by the pool or beach. They also only allowed you to have one room key which meant you could not cool your room if you were not in it which is ridiculous. It was very hot. They have 4 pools and none were adults only. There were kids jumping all over including splashing water near my food and drink. At least one pool should be adults only and enforce it. "

"Not recommended, when we arrived there for the check in, after paying 150$ For one night, they told us that they are not using the Expedia app anymore, and that they were not having any booking! When I called Expedia to ask for explanation and the refund they said We slept there and they kept the money! Make sure your holiday is safe and go somewhere else! Horrible treatment!"

"We stayed here one night for the full moon party. When we first arrived they didn’t have any record of us having already paid and reserved a bed through Expedia. I showed them the confirmation screen and they believed it and didn’t charge us again or anything but It was a little uncomfortable at first when we were figuring it out though.
