"The resort was beautiful. The service was good. It took a while to get drinks by the pool or beach. They also only allowed you to have one room key which meant you could not cool your room if you were not in it which is ridiculous. It was very hot. They have 4 pools and none were adults only. There were kids jumping all over including splashing water near my food and drink. At least one pool should be adults only and enforce it. "

"The property location is perfect on the beach which is very clean. The sea is almost mirror flat and loverly to swim in. The hotel has a great vibe with adults only, no children ruining the pool environment. The staff are amazing and very helpful paying attention to your needs before you ask. The room was clean and easy to stay in with an amazing shower. (Very powerful). The food in the restaurant is very good and the staff were great at supporting us with gluten and dairy free food. "I stayed here for four nights. I chose the east side of Haad rin so I was walking distance from the full moon party and I’m glad I picked this hotel, close enough to walk to the busy part but far enough to not hear a thing. I didn’t use any of the pool or food facilities as I was out and about a lot, but room was cleaned perfectly everytime I left the sign on the door. Sea view was pretty, loads of parking for people to park their scooters! "
