"Desde luego muy muy bien ubicado. A menos de un minuto del metro de Sol . Cerca de tiendas de conveniencia, restaurantes, comida etc. La única pega que yo podría tener era que después de ducharnos, el baño queda mojado, y no puedes entrar con calcetines. Dado que la ducha no tiene mampara es completamente abierto. "

"Super convenient spot, it's within walking distance to pretty much everything. Had two different reservations and both times felt really safe and both rooms were great. Staff was also really helpful. Definitely staying here again on my next visit to Madrid. "

"La propiedad excelente. Destacar la limpieza en todas las areas, silencio en las habitacion. Destacar la atencion de los encargado del Hostal. Tanto Way como la chica Brasileña de la limpieza. Recomendado "

"Interesting neighborhood excellent location in the center of Gran Via. Clean safe, but small room. Downside was having to go next block over to register. Staff friendly & helpful."

"Lovely staff, and great location, however my room was inward facing with limited natural light, The room had extremely thin walls and I could hear EVERYTHING from the neighboring room - which was extremely unpleasant. My room had its own shower and sink, but I had to use a toilet outside the room. Bathrooms always kept clean, and fresh towels provided each day. Would be good if there was air con and access to a microwave/kettle"

"The front desk staff were friendly and extremely helpful, accommodating our early arrival and scheduling a large taxi to transport five people and lots of luggage to the airport. Breakfast was great and included pastries, proteins, and fresh fruit. The location worked out well for us, as it was walkable to many tourist sites as well as nearby local restaurants. Rooms were simple but clean and the beds were reasonably comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!"
