"What a great hotel to stay at. My husband and I came to Frankfurt for 2 nights and I came across this hotel to book. We received a welcome drink upon check in. We had a big room with a king bed and a free mini bar in the fridge that was stocked daily. Coffee was in the reception area in the morning. It’s a beautiful older hotel with large and clean rooms! The staff were super friendly and gave advice on where to eat. The location is perfect with just across the street from Central Station....

"The receiption seems to have only one staff member working 24/7. A screaming match with him and a guest met me on arrival. Migrants seem to live here full time. There was shouting all night. It was frightening and unsafe. I checked out early and left. Changed rooms also. Horrible experience. Filthy"
