"I liked the hotel very much, but the property certainly needs an update. The decor is fine, just rundown. What a beautiful bar, but the wood is chipped and stained. The room was spacious but the furniture was dated. I’ll still visit again, but these superficial things are what keeps this hotel from achieving greater status in my book."

"My favourite place to stay whenever I’m in Frankfurt! Perfect location for me, walkable from train station and getting to the cultural sites of the city is quick and easy. Lovely staff, always friendly and helpful. Terrific rooms with breathtaking view of the river. Will always stay here! "

"I got to this hotel during mid morning and they were still able to get me into my room despite the official check in time of 2 pm which I really appreciated. The room itself was better than expected and had both a mini fridge and a safe. I rated the location only a 3 because although it is very convenient to the central train station and many food options, the general area is also sketchy and a bit rough. However, I didn't let this bother me. So if you want to stay near the train station at a good hotel that is very affordable and you are okay with some questionable characters you might see out in the streets, then I would recommend this hotel. It is also only about 15 minutes walk to Romerburg, one of Frankfurt's main attractions."
