"Overall this worked great for us. About 2 blocks from the gulf coast. Fishing access on an inlet behind the house and pool was great for us and kids. Out of the way for major island traffic but close enough to the coast to walk and enjoy it"

"I gave this stay a 4 out of 5 for the following reasons. First the good; great location only a five minute drive to the beach. Four bedrooms worked great for our size family and the kitchen was nicely updated. Game room was a nice touch as was the coffee bar/keurig and large dining room and living room, good space for larger groups. Interior was clean and no bugs seen for three days stay(thank you!).This stay did not get 5 stars for the following reasons. The property was exactly as advertised...

"Located a 20 minute walk to both the waterfront and downtown Dunedin, this private cottage offers a quiet environment both inside and on the enclosed patio. Cisco, the owner, was friendly, helpful and responsive to our questions during our stay.A very enjoyable 2 week visit."

"This unit worked well for two couples. The space is small, but thoughtfully furnished. The kitchen is very functional and there was an apartment sized fridge rather than the under-the-counter one pictured. Also 3 TV tables, 4 folding chairs, and a folding table. Plenty of towels, and beach chairs, a wagon, and an umbrella in the laundry room. Recommended."

"Cute home inside, grill was nice and the pool was good. Hot tub you have to request to turn on which is odd and the property needs landscaping as it’s pretty messy but outside of that it was a good stay. "

"Great location, well kept, clean, beds/mattresses were awesome. Supplies provided (towels for kitchen, bathroom, beach, paper towel, kitchen, laundry, bath soaps) were perfect for the two of us. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes & utensils. Definitely planning on renting again. "

"Our stay was beyond amazing! The pictures didn’t do it justice on how large the house actually was. We loved playing pool, swimming and the quick drives to the beach. There were so many places to hangout within the house and large open rooms to gather as a large group. The kitchen was filled with everything you would need which made are group dinners so easy. If we could go back next week we would! I can’t say enough about how amazing this house was and the host was always quick to respond to...

"We loved the location, across the street from the beach and far enough from public parking that the beach was not too busy. An easy walk to great food. And the home had all the amenities we could ask for."

"The location is beautiful and in a nice residential area. The house is immaculate, and the furniture and beds are quite comfortable. Sitting on the deck was so peaceful! We enjoyed the pelicans, dolphins, and egrets, The area is very walkable - just a few short blocks to the beach and good local restaurants, which meant we rarely needed the car during our five-day stay. That said, the Columbian Restaurant and Salt Rock Grill are two restaurants worth driving to, each just a few miles away -...

"What a great find! House was freshly remodeled, had all the amenities we needed. The communication from the host was 1st class. If you are looking for a great vacation rental that has it all, close to town, in a nice neighborhood, this is it. Oh, one more thing which is so important to me, they have comfortable beds!!! "

"We had a great time at Christy’s condo in Indian Rocks. She was extremely communicative throughout the booking and check in process. The condo was clean, and we had everything we needed during the stay, including beach chairs and pool towels. My only con is that the pool wasn’t actually heated, but that didn’t stop my toddler from enjoying it, ha! Would definitely stay here again. "
