"Exactly as pictured. Very cozy & clean. Easy communication with the owner. We enjoyed our stay but really appreciate accuracy, so as not to be disappointed. We knew the cottage was not ON the beach, but we did expect an ocean view as stated. You only see other rooftops and parking lots. And although there is parking for each unit, those in the front of the alleyway cannot get out, so it creates a little tension. We had someone banging on our door late at night because they couldn’t get out. We...

"Shell Cottage was cute as can be . It was very clean , beautifully decorated and well equipped. However; there is an alarm on the entry door that is ear shattering. The check-in information states it is part of the rental license rules which I understand. There was no grey box on the outside of the door which can be pressed to allow entry within 45 seconds before the alarm goes off. There was a button on the inside that allowed us to leave the cottage.. I’m not sure I would stay here again...

"We had a great week in Clearwater Beach. Our cottage was spacious, clean and a close walk to everything. We enjoyed having the outdoor space and used the outdoor grill. The only thing we had trouble using were the TV’s. They weren’t easy to navigate. We would, gladly, stay again"

"We had a great atay here in the # 2 bungalow me and my wife . Great little place like Ol'FloridaEverything is new right behind a 7-11 which ended up being very handy. Across the street access to the beach and very quite after sunset couldn't ask for anything else after a great stay lay back and enjoy a vacation that this place will provide. Definitely stay again!!!!"
