"My check in with Pony was great. The staff here are wonderful and hard working. They accommodated any and every request. They held our luggage for us before and after check in, which was really appreciated. They go over and above what is expected, this is a lovely hotel which we would come back to. "It was a nice choice for people who prefer a quiet area near Taipei, with MRT easy access to the City center. However, the reception staff was different, one of the ladies had no idea about answering the eco question. Made me feel uneasy about the service of the hotel. Over 3 days, then they will change the bed sheet. Short of housekeeping staff? That middle-aged woman's response was out of the blue, and confusing. Don't they need to change the mug used before? OMG, just replace the new one...

"I had a unit on an upper floor with a great view from the balcony. The breakfast buffet was very decent but nothing special. I did not like that the road the hotel is on has no sidewalks (partually due to construction) and it's a decent walk to the metro station. The bathroom had some black mold in the shower, and the hotel requires you to ask for all amenities and so the room doesn't even come with hand soap near the sink which is a bit annoying. Otherwise it is a fairly nice room and hotel....
