"Super convenient to get to this hotel from Taipei main station by taking the local train to Wanhua. The hotel is directly above the local train station. It is also about 5 mins walk from the Longshan MRT station. Hotel is clean and room facilities did not give any issues. However, the elevator can get super packed during the peak periods, due to many tour groups choosing the same hotel for their accommodation. Waited for about 10 to 15 mins at the lift lobby on our room level but still could not get into the lift. Went back to the hotel room to wait instead. That was at approx 10.30am."

The self-service laundry, located on level 5 alongside the gym and water cooler, has multiple washers and dryers, which is very convenient. The room is very spacious, and I loved the free movies provided. The location is a bit far from the train station, and navigating the pedestrian sidewalks with luggage can be challenging, though this is not the hotel's fault. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here!"
