"We had such a wonderful stay in this hotel even before we arrived, the director Jim Zhang from Concierge department had been helping us to arrange the pick up and drop off from and to the railway stations and also the three-day tours. All the staffs were very helpful and very good restaurants. We tried all three of them. The breakfast buffet was amazing and food from the other two restaurants were delicious and fabulous. The afternoon tea was very fresh in the comfortable lobby setting. We will come back next time when we travel around Qingdao. "
