"Apartment location was away from main resort area, had to arrange for shuttle when going for breakfast and hot spring. Had enjoyed the hot spring facilities though not all 33 types were available then. Door lock to balcony was faulty. No fridge and no safe. Resort doesn't arrange airport shuttle."

"Nice qnd very friendly crew. But 1 thing concern its about my comfolirmation was not able to relay or sent to them. They wantme to deposit money but i told and show them my comfimation thru my emails. This is not acceptable and not convenient for me and on my 2nd day they told me that they want tocancel my booking and locked up my things... Do you think this is acceptable for my case? Pls acknowledge my concern."

"If you have any standards please do NOT book this hotel! went from bad to worse as soon as we checked in!!!! the damp was unreal, the mould on the wall was everywhere, even the wall paper was coming off! after we checked in we soon checked out after only a 2 hour stay want was meant to be 6 days!!! PLEASE PLEASE do not book here as you will be 100% disappointed!!!"

"酒店的住宿环境和硬件配置还可以，但管理水平有待提高，一天至少要敲2次住客的门（一次搞卫生，一次送早餐券），我这2年先后住过10多家酒店（香港和国外），没有一家酒店一天敲门超过1次的。另外这间酒店的早餐有待改进（每天只有少量西瓜，而且数量有限------唯一水果），早餐饮料只有豆浆、茶、开水3种，建议酒店的管理人员去越南、柬埔寨等国看看同行的经营方式。"

"Conveniently located, clean, modern amenities. We got the 50 sq. m room with king bed . . . the room is HUGE! The staff were very pleasant and professional, yet friendly. Some of the staff spoke English quite well, but others made the effort when they saw that my Mandarin was - lacking - to communicate. Overall, a great value, and we will stay again!"

"Definitely one of the fe totally avoidable hotels of Guangzhou. Besides the location and the staff service. Nothing worth talking. Room was dirty, had a huge burnt hole in the carpet and the bed was ridiculously hard."

"The hotel was great and near alot of places I wanted to go to. However as I was arriving from another country I had 3 suitcases and the porter/concierge refused to help me lift my suitcases onto the hotel trolley to take to my room despite several requests from the reception lady. "Not happy. The property was not where it was listed on your site. I choose this property purely on its location within the South Guangzhou Train Station. I was purely transiting through Guangzhou arriving late in the evening and leaving early in the morning. The hotel is located at least a 15 to 25 minute cab ride away from the train station.
