"The property was just as it was described and reviewed. It was probably the cleanest VRBO we have stayed at. Despite it being close to a main road, by nighttime it was extremely quiet! No traffic noise, no barking dogs. The location was convenient and close to SLO and Pismo Beach. It is well-priced and a perfect place to stay for a short or long trip. "My wife and I stayed for a few days to celebrate an anniversary. The cottage was clean, check in was easy and communication was great both before and during our stay. We did not use the stove, BBQ, Porch, hot tub or pool so cannot comment on those. The two main issues with this unit are 1. the water heater is an RV style water heater and runs out of hot water after a 6 minute shower and 2. there is not a bathtub so may not be a good fit for little kids after the beach.
