"We arrived at the hotel at about 10am, check in is at 3pm, the front desk staff could not be more friendlier, they accommodated me right away and I was able to check in early. My room was really nice and clean, my only complaint would be the shower, it wasn’t powerful enough but it wasn’t the end of the world. Breakfast was really good, lots of option and they made Mickey mouse waffles both chocolate and regular. The staff putting out the food were so so nice and friendly. Not sure about the other reviews about staff being rude, EVERYONE was incredibly nice and professional "

"Wonderful experience overall"

"My family and I stayed here for four nights. We enjoyed the huge two bedroom apartment and the fact that the resort had great pools, a water park and the arcade which my daughter enjoyed the most. One thing we noticed was the kiddie pools were a too cold to swim in. However overall, great stay! "
