"Absolutely adorable old school no-frills motel. I had only spent the night there, but it was very clean and the internet service was great! If you are looking for a real motel, I would recommend it. Very nice overall."

"Me and my family arrived on Wednesday afternoon to the 7Js Waco Western Club. My children immediately fell in love with the environment Due to the weather we were unable to use the pool but it looked great. We were able to take a dip in the hot tub and it was so refreshing. The next morning we were able to feed the owners cattle from behind the gate This was very memorable for me and my family as we don’t have the ability to do anything like this in the city. "Alot better than last time I stayed. My room air flooded and had wet carpet smell. Syaff kept coming put sheets and towels on the floor and NO compensation was given. Couldnt sleep bc it was hot."
