"First of all, the location of the hotel is very good. Tourist attractions are within walking distance. It is also in a very good area in terms of security. Food and beverage places are also very close by. The hotel room was clean and cute. The staff was very nice and helpful. If I come to Brussels again, I would like to stay at the same hotel again."

"The property itself is gorgeous and our stay was very pleasant but unfortunately the area around is surrounded by vagabonds and piles of garbage. It’s not the hotel’s fault but we felt unsafe going in and out of the hotel. "

"We drove in from Amsterdam so parking across the street at a reasonable daily rate was much appreciated. Located amidst numerous restaurants and within minutes from the Grand Plaza was also a plus. But the best attribute of this hotel is its staff. One of their best is Betty Kwakala who turned what would have been a disastrous vacation for us into a happy and wonderful journey. "
