The actual property is showing a little age, but is attended to with very clean care, comfortable bedding, linens and supplies. We asked for extra towels and were told no only one per customer and I might add they were small towels. "Overall considering Brussels high prices this is a good value option, with some issues. The main ones being their check-in and checkouts policy. They only allow you to check-in very late and if you want to actually meet somebody within a tight 2 hour window. I think they might have the option to check in without concierge but that's a risk and I have had bad experiences in the past with other properties.
