"The property is wonderfully located. It is a nice historic house and the bedroom and bath are very spacious. The problem for us was that the tub is a high step over the rim and the shower is only hand held. Since my husband has double knee replacement, this was a problem and providing a step stool would have made life easier. Although I like a chilly bedroom at night, it was also quite cold during the day. The owner seemed quite put out that we mentioned these problems."

"I absolutely LOVED the stay in Brussels! Never been to Brussels before and I love it. The stay was fabulous with a gorgeous room that I wasn’t expecting it to be so nice. Great breakfast in the morning and they made sure everything was good throughout the stay. I would give 20 stars if I could. I do a lot of traveling and have not stayed in a better place. Beds were so comfortable, shower was some of the best water pressure I have ever had, these words sum it up: Amazing! Beautiful! Friendly!...

"The location is extremely close to all beautiful attractions. Walking distance to malls and historical places; chocolate shops. The stairs are so sharp and our room was on 4 th floor. I made a booking almost 1 month ahead and I am almost 60 years old. I asked them to give us a lower level room. No availability. And the toilet was outside. Make sure you don’t get the 4 th level."

"Erick (and his fluffy cats) welcomed us to his lovely home for our Christmas market break. He was an incredibly friendly host, sharing plenty of recommendations for things to do in the local area. His breakfasts are entirely homemade, with bread, yoghurt, and jams that he bakes/prepares himself. He even presses his own orange juice. "The bathroom could do with updating, and the toilet was dusty so hadn't been cleaned properly, apart from that lovely! Very spacious, plenty of room for for clothes etc...stayed for 2 nights felt breakfast was expensive for what was there but loved the breakfast area for eating, very chilled "

"A hip hotel where you check in at a bar. The rooms were spacious and I like that you can control the room temperature. Location is fantastic and safe, and walkable to many great food options. The gym was also nice and had enough variety for me to get a good workout. "

"I was stuck in Brussels as my incoming flight was 5 hours delayed and I missed my connection. I was exhausted after 20 hours of travel. The Sheraton was easy for me to book on Expedia and they let me check in early. The bed was amazing! Very convenient and steps to my gate this morning. I'm home in Spain and thrilled with the treatment I received from the Sheraton. Thank you"

"The hotel itself was beautiful, super clean and the room was amazing correlating to the price per night. I will say it is next to a main train station which may cause some safety concerns for others but I personally felt fine. I do wish there was later food options in the hotel itself and I didn’t like too much that there was a lot of outside folks in the cafe area. "
