"Reception staff were adequate and not as friendly and welcoming as other places. Restaurant manager and waiter plus the barmen Liam and Abdul were great and especially the Irish chef in the restaurant, he was just fantastic. Carpets in the hallway and rooms need to be replaced and it is oils feel more like a 4 star. "

"Pedro at the reception was AMAZING and KIND. He help us with everything we needed it specially to arranged transportation to the city. He was really the main reason we love our stay at this hotel. The rooms was clean and comfortable for 3 people , there are different things like restaurants and shopping options around. But you are really far away from the city of Brussels, the airport or the train station. Breakfast was very good as well. "

"Nice hotel , lovely staff , great outside area and nice restaurant . Great bar , nice room loved the parking . Liege ok Only downside was a blocked sink but wouldn’t stop me going back just not sure Liege is in my list again other than if it’s businesss "

"Convenient Hotel for our trip"

"Arrived late at night to a warm welcome so didn’t have dinner, and unfortunately left early in the morning so didn’t have breakfast. The room was comfortable and my request fro a quiet room was met . The guy on night reception Vivian I think, was absolutely lovely , really helpful an welcoming. There was good parking, and although in an industrial area it was reasonably quiet. I slept well on the matress and the pillows were just right for me ( I know it’s a matter of personal taste) water was...

"Bel hôtel renové, excellent service, juste en face de la gare, 20 minutes à pied du Vieux Liège. Épicerie Carrefour express juste à côté, plusieurs restaurants. Seul bémol est si vous arrivez en voiture. Aucun debarquadère et place meme pour arrêter, il faut faire un bout plus loin, se trouver une place et revenir à pied pour l'enregistrement. Le stationnement payant intérieur est à 150 mètres avant d'arriver."
