"The room is perfect, everything is perfect except the check in process. The queue to check in was very very long and we could only check in at 4:30pm instead of 3pm due to the queue and room wasn't available yet. BUT the hotel has the arrival room so you can wait while having free coffee. Service need to be improve on the check in. I travelled a lot but never seen that bad. "

"We booked the apartment for our in-laws. They enjoyed the stay and check in experience was great. We visited them once, and used the toilet facility in the apartment. If there’s improvent to be made with the one-bedder apartment space is the toilet flush buttons maintenance. Either buttons require strong press to operate, this would be a challenge for kids/elderly or anyone with arthritis to manage. "

"Great location to move around the city. Close to central station! Tidy and very spacious suite. Super friendly and accommodating staff! There was lift maintenance ongoing during our stay, but the noise did not bother us and works were carried out in a professional manner. Nice gym and pool area, very quiet and nice to workout in. "
