"Our stay was for a special occasion and to check off a bucket list to climb the Incline. The Cliff House was so historically excellent and different for us. The only thing we think would improve this is if the hotel host could provide information about the incline and how to get reservations as we didn't now reservations were required. "

"It's a lovely place. Clean and quiet. The beds aren't the most comfortable beds. I didn't get much sleep due to the beds. We loved the pool and hot tub. The parking is outrageous $55 to park there. So if you are on a budget, it's not budget friendly by any means. We splurged and ordered room service and it came in to go plastic boxes with plastic silverware. Definitely wouldn't splurge on the room service if you are looking to be pampered."

"We were thankful to stay at this lovely and relaxing, pet-friendly casita while visiting family in the CSC area. Caren is a fabulous host and answered all of our questions before, during and even after our stay. She stayed in touch and made sure we had everything we needed. The back house and hot tub are a plus and our dogs enjoyed the fenced in yard. Host has added some very thoughtful touches, like plenty of soap, towels, extra blankets and pillows. The home stays warm and toasty inside too....

"We enjoyed our stay at Woolley's. The hotel lobby is very pretty and provided a relaxing area to enjoy time together. Our room was very large and nicely decorated. Was a nice change from ordinary hotel stays. "

"The staff here were sooo friendly and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Love that they have cookies at the end of the day! The actual hotel could use some love though. We stayed in room 1253 and the way they built the walls was so noticeably tilted that we felt dizzy the entire time in the room. I was crazy enough to use the level on my phone it was a whole 6° off, for comparison the Leaning Tower of Pisa is 3.97°! The mattress was an absolute crater to the point where my friend and I...
