They also have wonderful tours of the hotel that you can book through their website. We booked an amazing private Enduring Spirits Tour (ghost tour) with Deborah which we highly recommend. However only one elevator worked in the West Tower and one of those days that elevator broke down and we had to walk to the 8th floor to get to our room. The concierge, Roger, was very friendly and generous by giving us two free drinks at the top of the hotel lounge and dessert coupons at the restaurant we were planning to have dinner at. It was not overly busy which we appreciated. Fun couples getaway downtown!"
