The room we stayed in was in terrible conditions. There was not enough parking to accommodate all of the vehicles there, the bunk bed was unsafe and broken, the lamps all flickered or did not work, my children argued a bit and we got a warning that social service's would show up with the police if my children continued to be loud. I would not recommend this hotel!!! Dont waste your money.

The I was booked at the wrong hotel, so days in rebooked me at the correct hotel, but they refuse to refund my money for the wrong hotel the error was noticed immediately after the booking but instead of fixing the issue they double charged me, and promised a refund two days later claim they can't refund the mistake they made. This is a rip off so be aware they are just put to screw you over.

Our room had bed bugs! And one of us got about 30 bites (or only one 1 of us in the room reacted to the bites, so that’s how we knew). We called the hotel and they did confirm there were bed bugs in our room. I do appreciate their honesty and that they admitted there were bed bugs. And I got a full refund. But still!! I am not sure if they knew about this problem before we stayed there and still let us stay??? I am so scared we brought them home.
