"The Andrew Hotel was nice. The staff was very helpful and attentive. The property was clean. The beds were comfortable and the shower was nice and hot. Breakfast was convenient and perfect for a quick checkout. Definitely could use more lighting in the room and the flooring is laminate where my preference is low pile carpet. I wasn’t able to adjust the heat in the room but didn’t look into it further than that. "

"I had an injury to my hip and knee and had requested a handicapped room. I have stayed at the Renwick before and knew there were bathtubs in rooms. I was given a handicapped room that had a lower bathtub. I knew that would be difficult since I couldn't stand on one leg at all. The next day Y........ arranged for me to have a flat walk-in shower. I truly appreciated her efforts on my behalf."

"We enjoyed our stay at this property. From the moment we walked in the door, we were welcomed by the staff with smiles, including housekeeping staff. The room was quiet and the hotel is in a safe location convenient to the Empire State Bldg. "Hotel is in a perfect location in midtown. It is under renovation so we where a bit worried we’d be disturbed by the workers in the morning but they didn’t start until 9 I think. The rooms are small but clean and nice. We stayed in a renovated room facing the back of the building which made it quieter. The complementary coffee was a nice touch. "
