"We totally enjoyed the time we stayed in the PHhostel with the three staff we saw, very friendly, funny and very helpful when we needed anything. We only had one issue we didn’t like and that was the bathroom situation as each time we went to it, we found it to be dirty, no toilet roll or very messy. "

"I stayed at the hotel a day before I was to continue there for a conference. Whitney is amazing!!! Just awesome! Nothing was too much trouble. However, I asked the gent in the mornings at the desk to please refill my shower gel and he didn't - I had to ask Whitney and it was done almost immediately. Breakfast was ok - wasn't awesome. Not a lot of choice in drinks and no hot chocolate for those who do not drink coffee. It was a very nice stay, just wish that the shower gel and shampoo was checked...

"Spacious, with plenty of storage and spotlessly clean . Lots of sockets , hairdryer and even a torch . The bed was comfortable with a nice soft duvet. Room could be heated to your own personal preferences . Access to a lovely pool. Perfect place to stay if you are attending a function at the ICC as it has a private access bridge to the centre accessible via your keycard. Not only protecting you from the rain but meaning as a single female could safely return to the hotel in the early hours of...

"It was a nice, comfortable stay for a night with family. Close to the Birmingham airport and NEC (10 mins drive). The room size was good; however, the bathroom was very small, and the shower cubicle was old. Breakfast however at the hotel was very good with plenty of options and quality of food was good"

"Excellent stay at this hotel. Convenient and although room is quite compact it was quite modern with lights, air con, heat and door controlled by app on phone. Even key cards for those not tech savvy. Only downside was lift was broken. Price was good and staff efficient and customer focussed."

"The only bad thing I can say about our stay was that there was only 1 pillow each on the double bed. Normally, in every other hotel I have stayed in, there has either been 2 pillows each or 1 pillow each but 2 spare pillows somewhere in the room. Unfortunately, I didn't find another pillow so I thought it would be ok, however, I woke at 2am with back pain, so had to use a folded towel to put under my pillow, which helped a little."
