"Management were fantastic, went above and beyond to make our stay special due to it being a 21st and 60th birthday celebration. Exceptional customer service and we will most definitely return. The view from the terrace was amazing, overlooking Port Hercule and out to sea, we didn’t spend too much time in the room unfortunately but everything was great, complimentary mini bar restocked daily (soft drinks and few snacks), that was a nice touch. "The hotel metroplole is one of the most stylish hotels I have every been. The detail was incredibly authentic. Breakfast was good. I especially want to thank the head daytime concierge. He was immensely helpful. He went out of his way to make sure I knew where I was going. thank you again. "

Enjoyable stay, will return
