"The stay was excellent. The location was perfect to get to the ski bus to the different Domains in Chamonix. We really enjoyed the breakfast each morning. The spa and sauna was amazing after skiing even if we had to pay to book an individual hour. It was worth it. My only complaint is that the door locking system to the rooms is very tricky and was not properly explained at check so the first night we had trouble getting into the room and no one was at the front desk. "We stayed here one night. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable. They had valet parking, which was nice. We didn't have any trouble finding our car when we wanted to leave. All the staff was friendly. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't speak to that. Not about the hotel but, it was a little confusing how to get to the Christmas Market from the hotel, but in the end we found our way. "
