"What a great holiday resort! The rooms bare clean, and the outdoor spaces also highly maintained. The resort has three separate pools which are all clean and comfortable. There are lots of activities to participate in, I particularly enjoyed the aqua aerobics! The food was delicious and reasonably priced, no need to search for a restaurant! "The hotel advertisement is not clear in that these are a mixture of building and chalets. You will need multiple lifts to get to the restaurant and swimming area. This can be long if your chalet is fair away. The room was not clean, no soap was provided, bed sheets were dirty, the floor had not been cleaned, no internet in any of the rooms, no complimentary drinks. "The room was OK. Nothing fancy. They do make you pay extra for towels,sheets, but the beds do have mattress covers, and there are blankets in the room. The room we picked stated it would accommodate a family of five, however there were only four single beds in room. Our youngest is an infant so it wasn't a big problem, but it could have been.
