Everyone went out of their way to be kind and helpful, even helping when our plans to tour local sites got messed up by a very heavy winter storm that caused power outages. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was a bit pricey, but excellent quality and our servers could not have been better. Breakfast every morning was delicious and, again, our server was lovely. "I have been staying in this hotel for the last 15 months and I can honestly say it is one of the best hotels I've stayed in the UK. Its always very clean and good amenities, the food is delicious, good treadmills with a decent gym but, I do think there does need to be dumbbells up to 20kg and the price of a pint is a bit steep but it is a lovely setting. Special thanks to Corey, Debbie, Liam, Max and Mark for everything they did for me while staying at the hotel and if I am ever back in the area...
