"Apartment was very comfortable in terms of space. Kitchen had all the dishes/utensils/glassware you would need. Didn’t cook there or used the clothes washer so I cannot comment on that. The kitchen cabinets need updating but everything was clean. Communication with the renter, checking in and out was excellent."

It is a second floor apartment with a steep stairwell but being in our sixties we were able to navigate easily. Paulo was the exemplary host providing guidance for new visitors to Lisboa. "Great location and space. Modern and clean. We were nervous about climbing the stairs, but by Lisbon standards not overwhelming at all. Located in a flat portion of Alfama, easy to access and so walkable. If you use Uber, use Museo Do Faldo as your pick up address for faster service. Highly recommend!"

"The apartament is beautiful and very well located The downside was the zillions steps to get there, a very steep staricase with luggage is not a good idea. There is no TV (in 2023, really?) and no AC. There was a fan we could use to keep the apartament fresh at nights. The fridge was not very clean, but the rest was OK "

"The apartment needs a coat of paint where the paint has been rubbed off on some doors and the walls in places. The bottom of the shower unit leaked causing water to go on the bathroom floor. The space around the bed in the main bedroom is rather tight and the wood frame expands into the limited space. We could have lived with these small problems but the noise from the flat above was awful and went on late into the night so we were unable to sleep. It sounded like furniture being dragged...
