"We stayed over during winter time (December) to check ou the Hotel for an event in May. The surroundings are gorgeous and you can feel the calm of Alentejo right in. The food is absolutely delicious and staff very friendly and available. A note: majority of the rooms does not have bathroom door, which came a bit as a surprise. The suites do have door but are in need of a little TLC in the bathroom to bring it to a 5* review hotel. Overall a lovely stay and will be able to stay again!"

"Beautiful room. 10 euro breakfast was fresh and homemade. Ana was super helpful. Even assisted in getting us a taxi when the language barrier was making it difficult. "

"Amazing local for all families sizes, highly recommended for resting after year of work. Private Beach is a few hundred meters from the property, while full occupancy it feels empty. Top top top"

"The shower gave me a nightmare because it flooded the entire bedroom and bathroom within 15 min shower. I had to do camping in the living room for 2 nights. "

"O hotel é mto bonito e os quartos acolhedores e silenciosos,porém faço apenas o reparo em 2 coisas: exaustor da cozinha tem temporizador e só desliga em horários específicos. Depois também acho inconcebível ter-se que pagar à parte o parque interno. 5€ a diária. Num hotel desta qualidade nao se justifica."

"Fizemos early check in sem problemas. Chegamos mais cedo e já tinham o quarto pronto e deixaram-nos entrar. Perto da praia, muito sossegado. Apanhamos um fim de semana de sol e bom para usufruir do melhor de Tróia. A praia e as caminhadas pela areia que sabem sempre bem em pleno Novembro. "No emergency numbers ie Doctor ,Dentist, Vet, Fire or flood or electricity. No information about shops bars restaurants or places to visit. Very very overlooked and close to neighbours with barking dogs and Crowing early morning Cockerel!!!. Had NO contact with owner apart from 1 Phone call never saw the man . Unable to discuss various problems with A The oven that kept switching itself off and didn’t,t reach temperature! B Front door unable to lock properly!"
