Cons: Could hear everything happening in the rooms above and beside mine like baby crying, people walking, street noises... Breakfast was ok, but as it is Gramado I was expecting it to be better. One day they ran out of scrambled eggs and coffee in the buffet without noticing. "

"This hotel was FANTASTIC! I have stayed in nice hotels all over the world, this is one of the best! The service was amazing. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left we were impressed by every detail. The Breakfast is AMAZING! Not just the quantity of choices, but the quality of what was offered. Super easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. You can rent a car and drive there if you have the courage. We drove and parked the car at the very reasonably priced valet parking and just took a ride sharing option to wherever we wanted to go. This hotel is right downtown, exactly where you want to be in Gramado. I would recommend the Hotel Fioreze Centro to anyone who would listen. You will not be disappointed. "
