Hotel lindo, quarto grande, limpeza e roupas de cama impecáveis, funcionários educados e atenciosos, café da manhã ótimo! Atrapalha um pouco o fato de ser enorme, ficamos numa torre bem afastada, o que para pessoas com dificuldade de locomoção/idosos pode ser um transtorno. O hotel disponibiliza carrinhos de golfe que circulam entre as torres, mas aí tem que pedir e aguardar. Pontos a melhorar (que até hotéis mais baratos que frequentei em Gramado possuem): Piscina poderia ser um pouco mais quente, cafezinho disponivel na recepção e cuia e erva pra fazer chimarrão (tem somente água quente .

Local fantástico... Muito bonito, recomendo e espero retornar. Tem opções para toda família. O apartamento é bem confortável, visão do quarto excelente, limpeza diária e bom para descanso. Estrutura boa. Café da manhã tem uma certa demora para reposição, com poucas opções de doces e geleias do sul. Não houve empatia dos funcionários do Don Milo, nem no jantar, nem no café da manhã. Era aniversário da minha esposa e deram um pao de mel de “cortesia”…
