Acomodações do quarto com boas condições, dentro da expectativa. Café da manhã muito fraco em relação ao que o hotel divulga em fotos. Horário de atendimento até as 11h, chegamos 10:30 e não tinha mais nem o básico para alimentação. Solicitado uma banana ao bebê (não tinham). No check out foi cobrado taxas extras que não foram pré comunicadas na hora da contratação. Quando compramos algo, mesmo que por intermédio de sites, acreditamos ser o que será pago. Surpresa tais cobranças sem aviso prévio.

Total falta de preparo para recebimento de hospedes. Fila para o checkin demorando mais de uma hora. Cafe da manha lotado, total desorganização. Ficamos meia hora para conseguir uma mesa, após solicitar a recepcionista do restaurante. Após acomodador não havia reposição de comida. No outro dia da estadia fomos tomar café da manha em um restaurante.
