"Great size rooms since it seems they have family rooms only (so you can stay 3-4 people to a room since each room has a couch that pulls out into an extra bed), a really nice spa, good service, amazing views of the mountains from all the rooms which is nice to go to bed/wake up to. The breakfast was ok, and the spa closed earlier than it said on their website (sometimes it closes at 9.30pm), but overall a very nice experience. "This property is great and would have given it 5 stars but it literally requires you 'to hike' to get to the property from the street. Otherwise, it'll cost you a considerable amount of money via the Gornergrat Railway (15 USD every time). This adds up quickly if you decide to visit the town (to eat, shop and etc).
