Wohnung am Kanal
Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und Emanuela beim Check-in. Sehr gute Lage, nahe der Altstadt, zentral aber ruhig gelegen, Blick auf den Kanal-an dem Fischerboote anlegen-der zum kleinen Hafen führt, kein direktes vis-à-vis. Die Einzelbetten eher für Kinder. Einzig: im Inserat wird (für mich jedenfalls) suggeriert, dass zur Wohnung ein eigener Parkplatz gehört, was nicht stimmt. Es gibt ganz nahe einen recht grossen öffentlichen PP (gratis) der jedoch meistens voll ist. Wir hatten diesmal Glück!

Die Wohnung ist sowohl in Lage als auch Ausstattung sehr gut. Die Vermietung war reibungslos, Emanuela bei der Übergabe ausgesprochen nett.

Schöne Tage in Grado
In der Nähe zur Altstadt gelegen, hat man vom zweiten OG einen schönen Blick zum Kanal und kann den Schiffsverkehr beobachten. Auch Strände sind nicht weit entfernt. Die Wohnung ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und die Kommunikation ist gut und ausreichend schnell. Uns haben auch die Fischrestaurants in unmittelbarer Umgebung gut gefallen. Ein schöner Aufenthalt.

Wir haben vor allem den Balkon und die Aussicht auf den alten Hafen sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist auch sehr funktionell eingerichtet. Gut geeignet für eine Familie mit Kindern.
