My first stay in Trieste and I want to return, I would definitely book here again, hotel has excellent reception staff, very good beds, fabulous power showers and very good continental breakfast it’s only a shame there’s no outdoor space to relax

I was boarding Cunard QV in Trieste, had a single room with a 3/4 bed, good range for breakfast AC was effective and quiet, and within walking distance of the ship (I had a big case, suit carrier and a cabin bag) mostly on the level. I’d definitely use it again.

Citta di Parenzo have an awesome and wonderful staff from when we checked in, breakfast dine-in and housekeeping. For sure, we will come back and stay at this hotel. It is located in a very convenient place where you can visit the ruins and the Basilica Santa Maggiore. It is also close to different dining places and stores to shop around. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone who will visit Trieste Italy. Kudos to staff at the reception area who readily assist us when we need it. Trieste is a one of the beautiful places in Italy.

A hidden gem. The outside looks modest, however the room was very nice and comfortable. Be ready to do either one flight of stairs up or down to your floor if using the lift. It is in quiet area away from the noise of traffic. Easy walk to Città Vecia and Piazza Unita. The staff was professional, helpful and courteous.

We've stopped here more than once and we would happily recommend it to anyone. Very central and in the midst of the city, marina, old town, shops, bars and restaurants. The rooms are lovely, ours wasn't huge but it met our needs. Breakfast is good, with great fresh coffee and fruit each morning.

Great!! Spacious room. Clean. Wonderful shower. Great breakfast. Very friendly, helpful staff. Elevators don’t go to room floors so we still needed to carry up our luggage. Need water bottles in the room, especially summer upon arrival. Need light blanket for bed. We were cold and used a towel for warmth. Add washcloths.

Ac not working. Open window had street noise until after 11. Breakfast typical European breakfast- ham, cheese, yogurt, fruit and pastries. Coffee/tea service very nice
