"I spent four nights at this hotel with my sister. We absolutely love the location, Cleanines of the hotel and friendliness of the stuff. Breakfast was always fresh and plenty of it, but it is simple. The hotel is located in a beautiful area where you could go for a walk and swim if it’s nice and sunny & summer. Accessible to highways if you wish to travel around. A lot of free parking in the area safe place excellent for anyone who travels alone or in a company. "

"A nice hotel in a quiet area,2 minutes walk to the beach rooms are a decent size,Everything you need. balcony is lovely to relax on. Good shower and bathroom. Though the bed was hard. Breakfast was plentiful with everything you want without being fancy. Staff where helpful and friendly, free parking is available, great local market every Saturday. 10 to 20 minutes walk along the promenade to the centre, plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from. "We had a great two night stay at the grand Astoria hotel. The staff were excellent parking our car and bringing all our luggage to the room while we went to the pool as we were early. The staff was over the top helpful at all times. It was in a great location to walk to the beach which the hotel looked after getting us our spot. All of the great restaurants and shops were right around the corner. We would definitely stay here again. "

"I rarely give a poor rating like this. But we were so disappointed in the hotel. We probably had the worst room in the hotel. It was on the top floor and the air conditioning just didn’t work. Our room was 80+ degrees at night. Not a comfortable temperature for sleeping. We asked each evening for them to please lower the temperature. It just didn’t happen.
