"This was the perfect place to stay in Split, just steps from the center of the old town and a very short walk to the harbor. The room was lovely and very comfortable. The concierges were all helpful and one of them, Ivan, helped me find and book the most amazing place to stay outside of Plitvice Park for our next stop. "Lovely place in an amazing location but there were alot of basic amenities that this property failed on. Only had a small bin in the bathroom for rubbish and they did not even empty that bin when they serviced the room. I was only staying 2 nights and that was a big inconvenience. Also the bar fridge in the room has a glass door with an internal light that stays on even when it's closed so i had to unplug the fridge at night as it lit up the whole room, which made keeping drinks cool...

"VIP Rooms is an excellent choice for access to Old Town Split. It is in a very safe area and easily walkable to everything. There is a great coffee shop across the street. Communication on check in and parking could have been better but all worked out well. Listing could be clearer on how rooms are accessed to be better prepared. Overall a very nice place to stay. "

She was also amazing at letting us know about the area. Bruno escorted us at 5 am with our luggage to an Uber outside the old town walls and waited with us until it arrived.
