"The staff were really friendly and helpful. We stayed in the annex and it was quiet and clean. The breakfast was amazing with loads of choice. Very convenient location, only 5 mins walk to the local bus station where you can get buses to the airport and Klis castle etc really easily. About 15 min walk to the palace and waterfront. Roof top pool and hot tubs a massive plus. We would definitely stay again "

"I understand it may not be the management's fault but when we arrived at the propriety there were people inside the room smoking. Because of that, when we entered the room, it was smelling like cigarettes. We arrived at the propriety at 3 am and called the management because the strange people were there, they didn't answer nor messaged us back the next day to know why we called them at that time of the night. "It was a good stay..the building is a little older. Parking is available for a price, i highly recommended since its hard to find any other parking on the busy streets. Also, the streets are very narrow and hard to navigate with a big car. There is an attendant in the bulding at all times, so that was nice. The host is very attentive and communicated with me all the time. "

"Right in the old town of split, so as you would expect this is an old building. Rooms on the small side but equipped well with kettle hairdryer safe fridge. No lifts so need to be able to climb the stairs. Help available to carry luggage on arrival but due to early departure not available when we left. Good breakfast in very small breakfast room. Was fine for us as hotel was not full but could get busy in high season. Kindly allowed us to make a sandwich prior to breakfast time to take to the airport. Friendly team at the hotel. "

"Our stay was amazing! Clear and proactive instructions on how to get into the apartment, although it took a little finding with Google maps but that is down to the wonderful maze that is the old town of Dubrovnik 😍 the apartments were fabulous - clean, modern but in a and in a Central location "

"we loved this place. we stayed here for a few days at the end of our europe trip, and it was incredibly relaxing and enjoyable. pool/ocean/building view did not disappoint - it’s exactly as pictured. food was delicious in the restaurant, and the rooms were so luxurious! we were so comfortable and happy. a walk to the little town which can be hot in the heat of summer but is a great location, and a little bit further out for lovely peace and quiet. beach is just across the road with stunning coastline views - there was an inflatable playground nearby which was lots of fun for me and my sister (we’re grown ups haha). would love to come back and stay for longer. loved it"
