"The property was great and in a wonderful location, but unfortunately the bar across the road was very noisy we had to go out and get some earplugs due to the level of noise well into the night. The apartment was great though, clean and well equipped and the host was very nice and super helpful. "

"We really enjoyed this hotel located within the Diocletian palace walls in Split. There are no cars within the walls but the staff does a great job meeting you and helping manage the luggage. The room was specious and clean although a little loud given how close it is to all the action. (Ear plugs recommended) The hotel has no elevator and only 6 rooms which wasn’t a problem for us but if you have mobility issues it may be a concern. "The hotel was adorable and the location was great. However, the gem of this hotel is the staff. In particular, Clara was the star of the show. She helped us arrange a day of wine tasting in Hvar and checked in with us every morning. Truly above and beyond - she made our trip truly unforgettable. The rest of the staff was equally as kind and beyond delightful. Absolutely worth the little extra expense for a quality hotel and staff over the alternative mediocre hotels elsewhere in the city. "

Easy walking to many restaurants, bars, cafes, the Riva, palace etc. Very comfortable and clean, high end accommodations. The included breakfast is of a high standard as well. "An exceptionally clean and lovely room. Great view from the window. Tony was very helpful during our stay, even meeting us to carry our heavy suitcase up the stairs when we arrived. Room could not be more central yet was soundproof with window closed. Very comfortable bed, nice shower and a lot of wardrobe space to hang things. All in all a great place to stay, very reasonably priced for split and we would not hesitate to stay here again. "

"The service at this hotel was excellent!! We had forgotten our passports in Hvar and it was an stress-free experience getting them back thanks to Katja. She was also amazing at letting us know about the area. Bruno escorted us at 5 am with our luggage to an Uber outside the old town walls and waited with us until it arrived. Service like this is what makes you want to come back. Tremendous."
