"A beautiful hotel in the heart of Split. Very friendly, helpful staff. Room was very nicely decorated, clean and quiet, perfect for 2. Great sun roof area, overlooking the tiled roofs and church spires of Split. If you have their breakfast, its €15 and a walk across town to sister hotel but very good and such friendly staff. Plenty of amazing places to eat/drink. Split people all so obliging and aim to please. We hope to go back as a family, thank you Plaza Marchi!"

"Lovely place in an amazing location but there were alot of basic amenities that this property failed on. Only had a small bin in the bathroom for rubbish and they did not even empty that bin when they serviced the room. I was only staying 2 nights and that was a big inconvenience. Also the bar fridge in the room has a glass door with an internal light that stays on even when it's closed so i had to unplug the fridge at night as it lit up the whole room, which made keeping drinks cool...

"It is located within the walls of Diocletian's Palace and adjacent to the cathedral and historic center. The room was just as pictured, scrupulously clean and comfortable. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with interesting dishes to try beyond the standard. The staff was fun and friendly and genuinely a pleasure to engage with. To stay here, book early, or like us, come during the off-season when the price is lower and crowds are smaller, as this is a small family-owned hotel. Our stay five...
