"It's a very nice, old art deco hotel situated close (a couple of blocks) to La Rambla and Catalunya Plaza, the latter of which is a transportation hub, making it an excellent base for exploring Barcelona by foot and metro and for easily getting to and from the airport. They have a rooftop solarium, which we imagine was quite nice, but it was closed at 10 PM when we tended to return to our room, so we didn't see it."

"This property was super central to everything. It was right in the heart of the Gothic quarter and you could reach the main street within a three minute walk. It was super accessible to taxis and other modes of transportation to get around. The facilities were really nice and the breakfast was enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and the room was super clean and neat. we had a really good time overall and recommend this hotel to anybody visiting Barcelona. "

"Great hotel, we'll located for exploring the city. We stayed in the Duquessa Suites which have a kitchenette and was great for a family of four - the room was big with a separate bedroom for the adults and single beds for the kids. The only downside is the noise from the road from our room - solved by ear plugs which we always take just in case!"
